As we approach the cold, dry winter season

In relation to food and medicine, certain enormously rich and powerful individuals and institutions have had trillions upon trillions of USD or EUR at their disposal to sell people on a materialistic worldview and commercial agendas. Unscrupulous profiteering by Big This and Big That (e.g., transnational corporate energy, chemical, agriculture, pharma, tech and medical industries) has been, and continues to be, at the expense of people’s health and well-being.

In the current social climate, it is very hard for those with alternative views of health, healing and medicine, no matter how well substantiated, to make their voices heard over the din of dominant cultural, political and economic narratives. In fact, it is increasingly challenging for many spiritually wise and scientifically knowledgeable medical philosophers, researchers, consultants and practitioners to do their work, especially those who are motivated by a profound desire to alleviate suffering and help people heal at a deep level.

People have been fed a steady stream of erroneous official assertions decade after decade, sometimes born of ignorance, oftentimes of greed. It takes a deprogramming process to disencumber them of veils upon veils of mis- and disinformation. Unfortunately, most people do not have the time, energy or money to put forth the necessary effort. Have you already done so? Or would you be willing to make a beginning soon?

As we approach the winter season, people tend to be more prone to colds, flus, sadness, loneliness and depression. Safe and effective nutritional and herbal therapies are available to create and sustain better psychological and physical health, especially during this time of year.

Nourishing yourself spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically is the surest way to increase your immunity against external and internal pathogens.

Please realize that most of the food and herbs available today are deficient in life force energy (prana, chi/qi, etheric vitality) and nutrients. Therefore, it is advisable to:

• Engage in spiritual practices and energy exercises to increase your store of prana | chi/qi | etheric vitality;

• Spend as much time as possible in physical activity out in the open air, bathed in sunlight, preferably amidst nature;

• Eat organic and biodynamic foods;

• Take herbal, vitamin, mineral and trace element supplements of superior quality, even if you eat organic or biodynamic foods.

Experience teaches that it is equally important to practice hygiene, broadly defined to include our mental, psychic and physical bodies, by:

• rejecting debilitating, self-defeating thoughts;

• refusing to descend into and indulge in negative emotions such as fear, worry and anger;

• steering clear of industrial food and medical substances that are generated, processed, distributed and administered by unhealthy processes and procedures; and

• avoiding environmental pollution, as much as possible, in our daily intake of air, water and food.
