Considerations for the Reader: What I Cannot or Will Not Do in This Blog

In this blog I will not…

make blanket statements about Western medicine’s vaccine recommendations and cancer treatment protocols. I am not an M.D., however I am a knowledgeable, German licensed complementary and alternative health practitioner with 30 years of medical and healing studies and clinical experience. I will share my point of view, if asked, with my established international clients and German patients, but will not express myself publicly in generalities.

On the one hand, this is because of a healthy humility, since any of us, no matter how learned and skilled, has limitations that we are unconscious of and/or that we are conscious of and striving to overcome.

On the other hand, I am well aware of the concerted campaigns that have often been waged to discredit those brave souls who have raised serious questions about widely accepted medical theory and practice. The culprits have been institutions and individuals who are either intellectually dishonest and driven by the profit-motive or honestly limited in their worldview by a materialistic perspective.

Finally, health decisions must ultimately rest with the client or patient after they have taken into consideration various viewpoints and available facts. I see it as my job to support them in this.

In this blog I will not…

make generalized recommendations about nutrition, herbalism, alchemical medicines, etc., except when a substance, prescription exercise, or lifestyle tip is known to benefit everyone and has had no or few known side-effects.

No “Top 15 Anti-Inflammatory Foods”, no “6 Benefits of Turmeric: the Queen of Spices”, no “Try This: 6 Low-Impact Cardio Exercises in 20 Minutes or Less”, no “Biologics for Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis.”

In my view, such information is too generalized, does not take into consideration the individuality of the reader, client, or patient with a specific constitution at a given stage of life, someone who is living, loving, and working in social and natural environments with unique spiritual, energetic, and physical relationships.

In this blog I will…

consider what any responsible healthcare provider asks him- or herself:

How does any given recommendation fit in with the individual’s daily food and drink diet; vitamin, mineral, and herbal supplement intake; prescribed pharmaceutical and over-the-counter synthetic medicines; personal care and cosmetic product use; existing exercise habits; etc.?

What unhealthy factors might be removed and what new impulses could be introduced to promote the overall health and well-being of the individual?

I accept it as my professional responsibility to keep all of these factors in mind when writing and lecturing about medicine and healing, when advising international clients and treating German patients.

May you be blessed with good health, good sense, and a strong sense of community,
