Nei Gong, Qi Gong and Shen Gong have been practiced to regain, maintain and sustain spiritual, mental, psychic and physical health over thousands of years. As a living tradition, these exercises have continued to evolve over the centuries, in response to gradual developments in human consciousness, minds and bodies, as well as to changing social and environmental conditions.
“Throughout Chinese history, there have been many successful doctors who were experts in Qigong….
These masterful doctors contributed a lot to the TCM of their time and the history of Chinese medicine should not be ignored. Their published works contain discussions of Qigong theory and clinical practice, including clear opinions and proven techniques. Some of their works have had a great influence on both the history of Chinese medicine and the emergence of Qigong as a science….
The fact that the masterful doctors of the past recognized and studied Qigong as important underlines the necessary connection between TCM and Qigong and the importance of TCM in modern Qigong.”

At present, we are teaching Qi Gong, Nei Gong and Shen Gong online to patients as a part of the 1.5 hour sessions we have been conducting via Zoom.
These dynamic, individually designed sessions usually include therapeutic discussion, guided meditations and/or medical prescription exercises, and a thorough spiritual healing and energy transmission treatment.
Our goal is to optimize the health and well-being of patients and students in the present, while helping to prevent health problems in the future. We also specifically address any existing acute and chronic health challenges.
We ask those we assist on their journey to commit to regaining, maintaining and sustaining their health on multiple levels. Ideally, they will be conscious, motivated human beings who prioritize their spiritual growth and development and yearn to make a stronger positive contribution to the health of human society and of the natural world.
We know these unique sessions involve an investment of time, energy and money. People who recognize the importance of this commitment to themselves, and the value provided by our educational and healing services, will embrace the opportunities provided.
We are careful to advise our patients and students to avail themselves of modern Western medical and psychiatric care, as appropriate to their needs and situations. This is in order to: 1| provide the best possible medical advice to those who have turned to us for help and 2| protect ourselves legally.
To your spiritual, mental, psychic and physical health
